Yes. Viwindas Infra offers fully customized house construction packages. Project costs are tailored based on individual design requirements, specifications, site conditions, and budget preferences. Customers can contact our team to schedule a consultation and receive a detailed project quotation.
Built-up area refers to the total construction area executed as part of the project. It includes the slab area and applicable ground floor area above plinth level.
Parking areas on the ground floor are calculated at 85% of their actual area. For example, in a G+2 building with 1000 sq.ft per floor and ground-floor parking, the total built-up area would be 2850 sq.ft.
House construction costs are calculated based on the built-up area and the selected package specifications. Pricing is determined on a per square foot basis.

The home construction package includes complete turnkey execution. This covers architectural and structural drawings, material procurement as per approved specifications, and labor costs for the entire construction process.
The typical construction timeline for a 1000 sq.ft built-up area house is approximately 6 to 7 months. The actual duration may vary depending on project scope, design complexity, and mutually agreed cash flow schedules.
Payments are linked to construction milestones and are evenly distributed across the project duration. Detailed payment schedules are shared with customers prior to project commencement.
Viwindas Infra provides post-construction defect liability coverage for up to five years, subject to terms and conditions. This includes rectification of construction-related defects such as leakages, wiring faults, plumbing issues, and hardware malfunctions.
Manufacturer warranties for materials and fittings are transferred to the customer. Normal wear and tear is excluded.
Customers are responsible for providing single-point water and electricity connections at the site, obtaining statutory approvals where not included in Viwindas’ scope, and resolving any legal or neighboring property issues.
Quality control is managed through internal monitoring by Viwindas Infra’s in-house technical team, in coordination with general contractors, architects, and structural consultants at each stage of construction.
The construction package excludes external development works such as driveways, landscaping, statutory liaisoning charges, borewells, lifts, electrical fixtures, and electricity board meters. These items are quoted separately based on customer requirements.
If materials selected by the customer exceed the base package specifications, the price difference will be charged additionally.
For example, if the base tile cost is ₹75/sq.ft and the selected tile costs ₹95/sq.ft, the additional ₹20/sq.ft will be charged.
